HOBI Receives Two-Year Approval to Implement Humanitarian Response in Borno State.

A new milestone strengthens Hope Beyond Relief Initiative’s commitment to supporting vulnerable and crisis-affected communities.

Hope Beyond Relief Initiative (HOBI) has received approval from the Borno State Agency for Coordination of Sustainable Development and Humanitarian Response (BACSDHR) to implement humanitarian response activities in Borno State for a period of two years.

The approval, granted on 21 September 2026, represents a significant milestone for HOBI and provides an important foundation for the organization to expand its humanitarian engagement and contribute to ongoing efforts to address the needs of vulnerable and crisis-affected populations across the state.

Under the approved framework, HOBI will work in coordination with relevant government authorities, humanitarian partners, community structures and other stakeholders to support interventions that respond to identified humanitarian needs.

The organization remains committed to ensuring that its humanitarian response is guided by community needs, accountability, dignity, inclusion and established humanitarian principles. HOBI will also continue to strengthen partnerships and promote coordinated approaches that contribute to improved access to essential services and protection for affected populations.
